Welcome to WeatherWiseWanderer ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service.

Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for safeguarding your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information upon registration.

Paid Services: We offer optional paid subscriptions ("Subscriptions") that provide access to premium features. By selecting a Subscription, you agree to pay the specified fees.

Billing: Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors (Stripe, via RevenueCat). We do not store your full credit card details. You agree that your Subscription will be subject to automatic renewal, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal term. You can cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you cancel your Subscription, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or for periods unused with an open account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the source code or underlying data of the Service.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other malicious software.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.

The Service and its original content (excluding data provided by third parties), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WeatherWiseWanderer and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings, if available.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR CORRECTNESS OF THE WEATHER DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. ANY RELIANCE YOU PLACE ON SUCH INFORMATION IS STRICTLY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WeatherWiseWanderer, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO WeatherWiseWanderer FOR THE PAST SIX MONTHS OF THE SERVICE IN QUESTION.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
